Questions, answered
Is this financial advice or a signals service?
No. Trading Desk doesn’t tell you what or when to trade. It holds you to the plan you write, tracks your rules and journals your results. You’re always responsible for your own trading decisions.
Does it connect to my broker or prop firm?
No, and that’s on purpose. You log each trade in a couple of taps (result, P&L, mood). No broker logins or API keys, so nothing can place or close trades on your account.
Which markets does it work for?
It was built for futures traders (ES, NQ, MES, MNQ and friends) and prop firm evaluations, but the checklist, guardrails and journal work for any market you trade, including forex, stocks and crypto.
Which prop firms are supported?
Any firm. You enter your firm’s own numbers: starting balance, profit target, daily loss limit, drawdown type, minimum trading and profitable days, and consistency rule. Always double-check your firm’s official rulebook.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It runs in your browser on any device and can be installed like an app on iPhone, Android and desktop. Pro syncs your trades, notes and screenshots across all of them.
How do I cancel Pro?
Any time, in two clicks: Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and your data stays safe. If you change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, email us for a full refund.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Only you can see your journal. We don’t sell data or show ads, and you can download everything or delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy.
